New haircut!

Kyaa!
Before the school year started, I have a very long hair.
Yup!
It reaches up to the middle portion of my back.
Not that I'm complaining.
But man, I love my long hair!
So when I joined in as a COCC,
they told us that if they'll tell us
that if we need to have a haircut,
will we comply?
And I told myself,
"Oh my gosh! No! Not my hair!"
I kept it to myself that I won't have my hair cut--NEVER!
But then, we have to wear a hairnet whenever we need to enter the headquarters.
Man, having a long hair is such a drag!
I was having a hard time wearing that stupid hairnet...
So I made a decision,
I had my hair cut!
Yup!
I did!
When my buddy saw me, she said,
"Whoa! You had your hair cut!"
My recently long hair now reaches up to my shoulder.
At first, I didn't mind having a short hair.
I told myself,
"Well, at least it's easy to maintain a short hair."
But then, whenever I see my friends fiddling with their long hairs,
it made me think twice, "Have I made the right decision?"
I miss braiding my hair, or tying it in pigtails.
But then, my buddy told me, "Budz, I have a surprise for you."
And when I saw her, she had her hair cut too!
I was astounded!
Her new haircut suits her. c=
So that, our previous long hairs is now reaching up to our shoulders.
But then again, our joyous moments were cut short (I thought I don't need to have my hair cut anymore)
Just before our Reception, our officers told us that we should have a haircut.
OMG!
I mean, we do now have a short hair
and we still need to have a haircut!?
They threatened us, "If you'll still have a long hair tomorrow, you won't be recepted."
That made me think, will I have my hair cut again?
NAH!
But my buddy did!
She had her hair cut--AGAIN!
Oh well, she complied, but I didn't.
But I was still able to join the reception.
But every now and then, they would
always nag me about my long hair.
And I grew tired of it.
So to stop it, I had my haircut yesterday.
My previous hair that reaches my shoulder is now up to my chin.
Pretty short, eh?
